Payment for service must be made at the time of the appointment. 

Appointments are required and subject to availability. 

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Clients who miss appointments without notification must pay the full fee of their missed appointment before rescheduling. No exceptions.

If you are late for an appointment I will gladly make up the time if, a) you notify me in advance that you will be late and, b) I have time available following the end of our scheduled appointment.
